Kyagaba is a Partner at Dentons Advocates and his practice focuses primarily on representing and advising clients on Employment and Labor matters, Construction Law, Arbitration and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has acted as an Advisor to 10 of the top 50 tax payers in Uganda in relation to, amongst others, complex and challenging restructurings, retrenchments or collective terminations, workplace violence and harassment, disciplinary matters, development of workplace policies and collective bargaining issues.
He has represented clients in the Industrial Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Uganda. Isaac has acted as a delegate in several Arbitration conferences and workshops in, amongst others, Kampala, Uganda, Washington D.C., USA, Kigali, Rwanda, Abuja, Nigeria and London, United Kingdom. Isaac has a Master of Laws degree in Construction law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University – UK, and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CiArb).
