Martin Asingwire Baryaruha is the Managing Partner at Asingwire & Partners, Advocates based both in Jinja and Kampala and has over 12 years experience on commercial / corporate law, specifically micro-finance and alternative lending, credit and financing, compliance and legal audit among others. Martin has a wide experience in ensuring clients and contacts follow clear development paths, through sharing with clients best tailor made practices that grows, expands, sustains and adapts quickly.
Martin has served as a Past President of his Rotary Club, Council Member representing Eastern Uganda, Chairperson Legal Aid Project and Pro-bono scheme of Uganda Law Society and is currently serving as the Vice President Uganda Law Society. He has served on several other boards and represented highly organised bodies, which has enriched his experience in handling national and global issues. Through these organization, he has participated in numerous trainings, seminars and conferences both as facilitator and participant.
Martin holds a bachelor of laws degree from Makerere University and holds other professional qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
